Mediaplanet is love and passion to me. It is the concept, the people, the opportunities and the spirit that altogether make this company so interesting. I went from Project Manager to Business Developer in only one year! I knew it was possible to work your way up in Mediaplanet; I just didn’t know it could go so fast.

A normal work day for me starts early in the morning and ends late in the evening, and not two days are alike. As a Business Developer in Mediaplanet I am in charge of a team of five Project Managers, to help them improve their sales techniques and run their projects in an efficient and smart way. The best thing about my job is that I am involved in the whole business: everything from preparing the projects to actually seeing them become a reality through my Project Managers. It is an amazing feeling to see my team grow and become even better than myself.

A person holding a position as Business Developer really has to have a strong attitude and the passion and the ambition to reach the sky. Your job is to motivate others, to make them find the passion in what they do. You are responsible, inspiring and can be the role model for others to follow.
